Driver Licensing Access Program

The Driver Licensing Access Program (DLAP) is a state-wide program of Transport for NSW to help people (over 16 years) to acquire a Learner licence.  

Youthsafe provides the DLAP services that enable an eligible person living in the Local Government Areas of  Campbelltown, Camden, Penrith, Cumberland, Camden, Penrith, Cumberland, Ryde, Hawkesbury, Ku-ring-gai, Hornsby.
