Local Content Licence Condition

Effective 1 January 2008, all regional broadcasters are required by legislation to broadcast a certain amount of material of local significance between the hours of 5am and 8pm Monday to Friday. C91.3 is effected and below is our COMPLIANCE STATEMENT indicating the material of local significance broadcast by this station.
