Move For Autism - Shadow Fitness Club
WHAT: Shadow Fitness Club will host Move for Autism, a community fundraising event in collaboration with Dads Speak, a registered charity supporting fathers and male carers raising children with disability and additional needs, including autism.The event will bring together local residents, families, businesses and our gym community for a 70km team fitness challenge. Teams of six will work together to complete the distance using running, rowing and ski machines, with the aim of raising funds and awareness to support Dads Speak and the families they work with.
