October is Mental Health Month awareness in Australia.

Camden Social Connections are holding an event THIS Friday to bring people together and to ease their way into connecting to others outside their normal circle and in a safe and friendly environment. 

So many people work from home now and lack the in-person connection, with many being too shy or feeling awkward to just walk themselves in a social setting.
